What you'll receive: A written engagement letter outlining the dream, timeline, and estimated costs. No design work begins until you've reviewed and approved this document.

You don't manage a single vendor. We handle all purchasing, contracts, logistics, and warehousing. Products are received, inspected, and stored until your space is ready for installation. Our industry relationships give you access to premium, often exclusive pieces that most clients never get to work with.

What you'll receive: Full procurement management, exclusive vendor access, coordination across every supplier, and warehousing until installation.

Whether it's new construction or furnishing an existing space, we coordinate every detail through to final installation.

This is where everything comes together. We manage the contractors, schedule the deliveries, oversee the installation, and handle the final styling. Every piece of furniture, every fixture, every finish is placed with intention. When you walk into the completed space, it matches the renderings you approved, down to the last detail.
